For cremation does the deceased have a battery operated implant, eg a pace-maker.
Does the deceased have a pre-arranged or pre-paid Funeral Plan.

Procurement of necessary Medical Cause of Death Certificate or Coroners orders.
Obtaining Doctors Cremation certificates.
Liaise with Cemeteries and Crematoriums.
Use of private viewing rooms.
Completion of registration of death with the Registrar and arrange an original Death Certificate if required along with additional certified copies.
Notification of death to Centrelink, DVA and Medicare.
Experienced funeral director with trained courteous staff to for continued attention from beginning to end.

Collection and return of floral tribute cards.

It is a legal requirement under the Births, Deaths & Marriages act that all deaths be registered. When making the funeral arrangements the following information is required to register a death.
Family name and given names
Family name at birth
Date and place of death
Date and place of birth
If not born in Australia date of arrival in Australia
Usual occupation during working life
Marital status
Marriage particulars including place, age and full name of spouse
Full names, dates of birth and age of children of the deceased living and deceased
Full name of both parents including mother's maiden name
Occupation of both parents
Burial or cremation details
Once the death is registered, a certified copy of the Registration of Death can be obtained. This is necessary for the completion of any legal and financial matters.
It is important to complete this information as fully as possible and for it to be accurate. If all information is not known or cannot be located we do not want you to endure further stress, information that is not provided will result in the death certificate being issued without it.
